It is important that you carefully follow the simple instructions enclosed with every order (instructions are also available on our web site at http://www.RapidCup.com/demo.html) to ensure the integrity of each test. If these steps are followed you will get accurate results in every cup.

Because we want you to be pleased with your order, all drug test kits carry a 30-day return guarantee on any unused test cups. If you are not satisfied with your purchase in the first 30-days, simply follow the outlined return steps and send unused items back to us.

RETURN POLICY

1.	Please download or print a copy of the RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER FORM before returning any merchandise.
2.	Send an e-mail to returns@RapidCup.com requesting a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#). Please indicate the reason for the return and a contact phone number where you can be reached during normal business hours. The RA number must be clearly printed on the outside of the returned package as well as on the invoice. Only returns with a valid RA number will be accepted.
3.	Returns will be accepted up to 30 days from the purchase date for any unused and saleable products, and must be accompanied by the original invoice and a completed Return Authorization Form.
4.	Refunds, exchanges, or credits will not be given on merchandise that have been used, tampered, opened or defaced in any manner. Large quantities of 20 or more devices will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
5.	Refunds will be made in the same form as original payment. (If payment was with a check, please allow 5 business days for bank clearance). Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
